1. Active directory, find      group, remotelogin, add users to it.
  1. Active directory, find group,      remote desktop users, add users to it.
  2. Group policy management, find      the certain computers, go to the policy linked to it or create a new group      policy,
  1. Under Computer      Configuration->Policies->Windows Settings->Security      Settings->local policies->User Rights Assignment
  1. Access this computer from      network -> add the user or group to it
  1. Allow logon through Remote      Desktop Services -> add the user or group to it.
  1. Gpupdate.
